  Okay, all right, already!!!!!
Okay, for those purists of you out there who had a caniption fit that I had not yet updated the description of the blog to reflect Darcy's actual age (only a few days after her age changed, I might add!), I have taken care of that grievious matter!

Wow! Did I ever have a chance for being ornery.... Darcy was messing around in the 'Settings' area of her blog and accidently deleted herself as 'administrator' of this blog!!! Of course, she was immediately blocked from the area she needed to return to in order to correct the matter! Thus, I was left as the only administrator of this blog!!!! She didn't TELL me about this, immediately, though...she just tried to correct the mistake without me ever knowing by signing back in under MY user name. When she couldn't figure out my password, she proceeded through the system as though she was me and she had forgotten her password. So the system sent an e-mail back to our e-mail address giving her the way to get back on...by proceeding through the supplied link and choosing a NEW password. She, very wisely, decided NOT to proceed any further down that route, but to tell her mother what had happened instead! So, I still have my same password and I made sure to list Darcy back on as an administrator of her blog. But, my oh my, what a temptation it was to make her squirm just a bit...but I resisted!

  • Annika is my niece. She was born with bilary atresia and had to have her first major surgery at the age of 6 weeks. Just before she turned a year old, she had to have a liver transplant. Two and a half months later, she had to have a second transplant. Now, five years old, she needs a third transplant and her family's insurance is nearly maxed out so a COTA fund has been established to raise the money needed.
(Please click on the little bear button above to donate to her COTA account or to view the raffles and other projects that are in progress to build the fund. If you have crafts, etc, that you could donate to be sold/raffled, this would also help greatly!)
